 Since I seem to have lost my documentation on 'fsdb':
 what do alt-W and alt-S mean in that debugger, and
 what do function-keys F3 and F4 do?

 What is the status of 'cpp'? I find that it seems
 unable to process conditionals (like #ifndef), with
 the result that even simple #include's fail.
