gcc, gcc, and gpp won't compile my c++ program, and yes,
DJGPP.ENV does have LFN set to Y, here is the output I get
when I try to compile...

In function 'int main(...)':
'cout' undeclared (first use this function)
(each undeclared function identifier is reported only once
for each function it appears in.)
'g' undeclared (first time use this function)

what is going on?
