No, it's a "power-off" util.  I wrote it in DEBUG while reading
the APM spec, which is available from:

I would have preferred an AT case myself, but the only motherboard with
a sufficient combination of slots (4 DIMM, 3 ISA, 4 PCI, 1 AGP) I could
find was an ATX board (AOpen AX6B).

Did you try setting BootGUI=0 in MSDOS.SYS?

By the way, I multi-boot using CONFIG.SYS menus and AUTOEXEC.BAT.
Most OSes I've seen are bootable from DOS: Linux, NetBSD, FreeBSD,
Netware...  but I haven't figured out how to do it with NT.
