That is just some temporary folders that RHIDE uses for swapping (or so I guess). Just like some Windoohs programs which leave files with strange names and a '.tmp' extension in the windows/temp folder. You can safely delete them - personally I've set up my autoexec.bat file so they're killed everytime I reboot. Oh, in case you don't know: swapping is when a program has run out of physical RAM and thus have to use the harddisk as a kind of 'virtual' RAM...
