This is a problem in the makefile, the original RSXNTDJ author obviously was not using the
DJGPP make to build his programs, you need to add a <TAB> character before all commands in
that makefile, for example:

.c.o:
<put a TAB here instead of the spaces>  gccw32 -c -O2 -Zwin32 $<
