This problem is explained in section 6.5 of the FAQ.  If your copy of 
the FAQ doesn't mention *exactly* this error message, then you have a 
stale version of the FAQ.  The latest one is in v2/faq211b.zip on your 
nearest SimTel.NET mirror.
