Don't know how many times it takes, but even your video card is very slow,
it might not take too long : you may have on your pc a frame rate that will
be about 30 fps (maybe plus, maybe a little less).
Transferring in the opposite may take a little longer, it depends on the
amount of cache that is installed in your computer (but I'm not sure of what
I'm saying).
