    Whenever I right-click inside RHIDE to get syntax help it says it cannot
find the file libc.  The file it is looking for (at least I think) is in my
C:\Djgpp\Info directory as libc.info,  so where should this file be so that
RHIDE can find it?  Is there something I need to setup inside RHIDE?
