You need to post more specific details, but it sounds like it can't find CPP.EXE". It should be in the directory DJGPP\LIB\GCC-LIB\DJGPP\2.81 (and to think I memorized that line). If it isn't, make sure that it is. Also, be sure that you exctracted all files while preserving directory structures.
