For what platform?  For plain DOS, I don't think there is such a
version.  For Windows 9X/NT, look at http://www.cyclic.com/ for the
binary releases.

Anyway, how about adding such support to the DJGPP port?  If you need
it for Windows, it's as simple as building it with Libsocket.  This
way, others could benefit from your work.
