Mumit Khan has a HOW-TO that specificaly deals with the JNI interface, using
either the
Cygwin or Mingw32 compiler. It might be easier to take this proven path.
RSXNTDJ allows you to build Windows .dll files, so this is also a
possibility, but I think you will be breaking trail.
