ISO appendices to C89 are part of the official standard, so I'd expect them to be in the references published by the respective organizations. At least ISO should have them. Another place to look for them is at dinkumware site. As for C9x, there's a draft that's available through the net. I have it and can dig out the URL (the URL was posted several times on this forum, so mail-archives should have it).
