Hello again.  I got the above  code to work in rhide but it does not work
with the command:
gxx -o test.exe test.cc

I still get the "c:/djgpp/bin/ld.exe: cannot open -lstdcxx: No such file or
directory (ENOENT)" error.  I wonder why?
