I don't have access to Windows 98, so if somebody can step with a
debugger into the functions on w16select.c that copy text into the
clipboard (provided that setting x-select-enable-clipboard proves that
clipboard is the problem), I'd be interested to know where exactly
does it hang.  Thanks.
