Otherwise, you are making demands of *volunteers* who are much more amenable to polite queries than to rigid demands. An approach more likely to succeed would be to reference the section of the relevent specs that describe those headers and *ask* if those headers would be in future distributions. You could, of course, offer to provide a fix yourself, if you are so inclined.
