Where can I find documentation on CWSDPMI? I found
cwsdpmi.doc and cwsparam.doc with the distribution of
CWSDPMI. Is there any additional information available? 

Are there any parameters that can be set when CWSDPMI is
loaded? (The .doc file describes "-p" and "-u"; are there
others?)

Is there any way to control the way that DJGPP loads
CWSDPMI? (For example can I get DJGPP to load CWSDPMI in
Upper memory?)
