My hello world doen't work :( how can this be??

  printf("Hello world!\n");
  exit(0);
}

I got the message:

get program exit code -1 (oxffffffff)
0 is Zero
Is there something wrong with the code or is the compiler not working
right or what did I do wrong?

I have tried it a few times.
