Use local labels, like this (NOT tested!):

      unsigned short x;
      for (x=0;x<8;x++)
      {
      asm("jmp 1f\n\t"
	     "1:\n\t");
      }

The `f' letter stands for FORWARD; use `1b' if you need to jump back.
