    Check out RSXNTDJ and ZEUS.  These two together will probably do what your
looking for.  RSXNTDJ comes with a windows IDE but requires an external
Editor.  ZEUS is a really powerful programming editor.    I got ZEUS at one of
those windows95 shareware sites.  Was easy to find in Yahoo.
