Sounds like a problem with long file names.  DJGPP cannot support long
file names on NT, so you need to unzip the packages with a DOS unzip
program.  See section 8.2 of the DJGPP FAQ list (v2/faq211.zip from
the same place you get DJGPP), for more details.
