I couldn't replicate this particular error. I removed the OS2 reference
from dll0w32.s and rebuilt dll0w32.o to get rid of that problem.
Building the .dll does seem to require using the rsxntdj modified
ld.exe. 

I could get the example in /dllnrt to work, but the other two had
various problems. I think the whole dll end of the package might require
a little more work.
