The ld.exe used by RSXNTDJ doesn't seem to complain about unresolved references; It just builds a bad image. It is very hard to figure out what libraries you are missing if you don't even know whether/which symbols are unresolved. I assume I did something wrong in installing RSXNTDJ, or there would be a lot more complaints about this problem.
