There's nothing magic about the C: drive.  The installation docs only
use C:\DJGPP as an example, it can easily be D:\DJGPP, F:\MYGCC,
R:\USR\LOCAL\GCC, or Z:\FOO\BAR\WHATEVER.  Just use the correct
directory when setting the variables DJGPP and PATH in the
environment.
