There  is  Pentium  Compiler  Group  which work under specific Pentium
optimizations for EGCS. They have binaries of EGCS 1.0.3 for CygWin32
environment at http://www.goof.com/pcg/data/cygwin32/pgcc-1.0.3-cygwinb19.tar.bz2
