Perhaps that was me.  You have to include <sys/types.h> *before*
including <sys/movedata.h>.  movedata.h uses size_t but doesn't make
sure it's defined.

Yes, it will be fixed in the 2.02 version of the DJGPP base package
(djdev, etc).
