If so How... PGCC is the Pentium Compiler Group's version of GCC. Basically it adds a few optimisations like -O6, -O7, and -frisc which optimise you code for a pentium, rather than anthing from a 386 upwards. The PCG have reported speed increases of up to 10%, but I havn't experienced anthing like that.
