Please don't post untested information with such high certainty (99%
is pretty high).  The problem with long command lines has nothing to
do with how RHIDE compiles.  It has to do with mixing old versions of
DJGPP programs compiled with DJGPP v2.0.  The RHIDE FAQ explains this,
if I am not mistaken.
