this is a djgpp installation error, i had the same problem.  It was fixed by
adding the following two lines to your autoexec.bat file.  this tells djgpp
where to find things.

add these lines to your autoexec.bat

set PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN;%PATH% >> 
set DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV >>
