I'm a C programmer with experience in Bolrand's C (not ++). Currently I'm moving to DJGPP for the creation of a game. Well here comes the hard part -> all game prog. sites I've visited have a sound , graph. ... sections and none of the had a network prg. section. I'm interested in pure DOS networking from programming the network adapter directly to writing the game's communication protocols. Also of interest are which protocols are preferred, what algorithms for the network communication to use and .. just about everything that is related to writing the network engine of a game from the ground up. All kind of links and resources of info will be highly appreciated. Regards : Teodor Yantchev.
