Who could help me ?

I've downloaded a recent version of MySQL.
All right...

But, little problem, I can't compile it... !!!!!!!!

(sorry I'm a poor beginner!)

I've read the doc section "Compiling MySQL from source code", but all
command like
make ( or make makefile ) failed !?

I don't understand, what kind of *magic* instruction(s) may I Write to
compile 8) ??

please help me...
