If you fetch the file ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2/djcrx202.zip it explains how you can build a cross-compiler. You'll need the sources to GCC 2.7.2.1 and Binutils 2.7; the newer versions don't yet have the necessary support (AFAIK). I believe there are some files in DJCRX which are in a different directory than the docs and Makefiles think; you can just copy them.
