I'm a novice with djgpp and rsxntdj and I learning about .res files.

The samples have gotten me started but I'm at a road block.  I want to
intercept the set/kill focus events as well as keydown/up.  As the dialog
is being loaded my callback is accessed (set focus) for each control but
I can't get focus events afterwards.

Can someone point me to larger examples?  I searched the web but nothing
was readily visible as being germaine to my search.
