A 386 embedded machine can be quite everything, and a unusual memory layout or whatever may cause this behaviour, maybe caused by whatever incompatibility. Can you launch CWSDPMI or CWSPMI0? Can you run go32-v2? I remember someone trying to get DJGPP compiled programs running on a similar setup, so you might try to find him from the mail archives and contact him. IIRC he gave up, though. Sorry to give only vague advice, but without a similar set-up, it is hard to tell. Just one more thing: Does it have an FPU? -- Ciao Tom ************************************************************* * Thomas Demmer * * Lehrstuhl fuer Stroemungsmechanik * * Ruhr-Uni-Bochum * * Universitaetsstr. 150 * * D-44780 Bochum * * Tel: +49 234 700 6434 * * Fax: +49 234 709 4162 * * http://www.lstm.ruhr-uni-bochum.de/~demmer * *************************************************************
