It seems that, just in allegro programs (under win95, full-screen dos
box) that the mouse moves increadibly slow.  set_mouse_speed(x,y) has no
effect, and other dos apps don't have this problem.  Could it be my
mouse drivers (which I don't think it is..) or allegro?
