Maybe you can find the solution yourself by answering
the following questions:

1) Do you the long filename support enabled or disabled
   via the LFN environment variable?

2) What a program have you used to unzip the gcc archives?

3) Have you read the announce and/or the README.DJGPP which
  comes with those archives about the LFN-problems.

If you answer the last one with "no" or "only partially"
then please read it again and ask then if you cannot
understand something I wrote there.
