Your system is not properly configured to run DJGPP.  Make sure that the
DJGPP environment variable is set properly (see 'v2/readme.1st' for
instructions).  Also see chapter 8.1 of the DJGPP Frequently Asked
Questions list, where this specific issue is addressed.
