Please make your message more clear.  When you say ``this complains'', 
what do you mean?  txt122b.zip includes more than 20 different programs; 
which one of them complains?  And what exactly is the error message?

If the message you see is "No DPMI", you need to download and install 
v2misc/csdpmi4b.zip, or run the programs from the DOS box under Windows.
