Do you by any chance look for this file in the source distribution
gdb416s.zip available on DJGPP archive sites?  If so, you should know
that it only includes files which are essential to build the DJGPP
port of GDB.  If you need the full distribution, download the official
GDB sources from the GNU ftp site (ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/).
