No, the DJGPP port is not ready yet. (Jeez, maybe this should go in the
mini-FAQ!) Robert Hoehne is working on it, e-mail him at
<robert DOT hoehne AT gmx DOT net> if you need to. I believe it is currently working
but not stable.

A suitable announcement will be posted when it is released, so wait for that
before asking again. :)
