An algorithm is a detailed plan to solve a problem.  Start with a
basic outline, then detail each step of your outline to solve your
problem.

C(ommon) G(ateway) I(nterface) scripts are commonly use to get
information from a user.  They can be used to 'dynamically' create a
webpage, get text information from a user (forms), and record
information about users accessing a site.
