Did you set the environment variables DJGPP in accordance to the
instructions in the readme.1st file in your DJGPP directory? (I hope
that the zip picker includes that file.)

set DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV
set PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN;%PATH%

Of course you have to replace the "C:\DJGPP" by your DJGPP directory,
and there are no blanks before or after the "=".

If that doesn't help, please post a bug report (Alt-Space in RHIDE).
