I add some little off-topic too:
How to set refresh rate to 80 Hz with miro CRYSTAL 22SD (S3 Trio 64 chip)?
I use 1024x768 with 75 Hz, my monitor allows 83 Hz but all drivers allow 
to set only 75 or 85 Hz.
