I doubt it (I have never seen one) and if there does happen to be one then it
 probably sucks.

I'd get rhide. (I use version 1.4) It's not windows, but it has a nice,
 easy-to-use interface (Borland 3's I believe), runs in DOS, and is
 *freeware*.... yay!
