I'm considering making an Win$uck 95 IDE for DJGPP (I can feel the
headaches already).  I was wondering, though, which development suite
would be best for this project, RSX(PGCC or is it now EGCS?) or Cygnus.
I would like to make what RHIDE is, just a Win$uck interpretation.
I don't plan to make it anything like Cygnus because I still want it
to build DOS 32-bit programs.  Any suggestion or comments?
