They are all there, in your info subdirectory of the main DJGPP 
installation directory.  You need to download and install 
v2gnu/txi390b.zip package, which includes a reader for the hypertext 
on-line docs.  For more details, read chapter 5 of the DJGPP FAQ list 
(v2/faq210b.zip from the same place you get DJGPP).
