In the current version of RHIDE:
Inside the help press Ctrl-G, a box will appear, enter the name of the file 
enclosed in parentheses, for example to load the Ralf Brown Interrupt list I 
use: (rbint) 

In the next release of RHIDE or in the editor v0.4.1:
Inside the help press ALT-F10 and select "Open Info" a file open dialog will 
appear and you'll be able to select any file.
