Gnuplot version 3.6 (beta) has a makefile for DJGPP v2.  This version of
gnuplot uses the GRX graphics library.  I downloaded the beta version (3.6) a
couple of weeks ago, and it compiled without any problem.  I haven't really
used it (yet), so I cannot tell whether it is sufficiently stable compared to
version 3.5.
