It can't find /djgpp/lib/libiostr.a (or libiostream.a, if you have LFN=y in
 /djgpp/djgpp.env)....

You may need to set your LIBRARY_PATH=c:\djgpp\lib
environment variable (replace just the drive/pathname if necessary)
