Unfortunately, there is none extant. The next best thing to a manual is 
the char array in the file src/debub/fsdb/fullscr.c. This is the text 
displayed when you press F1, and a printout of this array (about 3 
pages) would avoid the distracting F1 keypresses. You can sed the " away.
