What does Delorie mean by Free Compiler? Do I have to pay money to use it
or is it freedom in using it?
(What I mean is can the programs created from it be freely distributed? Can
i send you a program I created from my computer and not pay any money for
sending it?
If I have to pay for it, how much does it cost?
